Abstract

Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) merupakan perincian dari prosedur-prosedur emergency secara detil untuk memudahkan melakukan recovery saat terjadi bencana (disaster) yang mempengaruhi sistem komputer organisasi. Dokumen DRP diperlukan oleh Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) sebagai dokumentasi terstruktur yang dapat digunakan oleh tim pemulihan untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis proses Kementerian Keuangan, manakala terjadi bencana di Data Center (DC) Kemenkeu. Dengan adanya Rancangan Pemulihan Bencana, maka layanan SIMPONI yang ada DC Kemenkeu tetap dapat berjalan manakala terjadi bencana di DC Kemenkeu, yaitu dengan menjalankan sistem/aplikasi dari Data Recovery Center (DRC) Kemenkeu. Dalam mengembangkan sistem ini, menggunakan Metode Business Impact Analysis (BIA) dan Metodologi Pengembangan Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) sedangkan Metode Proses Pelaksanaan ialah Business Continuity Plan Life Cycle (BCPLC) Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan Rancangan Pemulihan Bencana khususnya untuk aplikasi Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Online (SIMPONI). Sehingga apabila terjadi bencana pada DC Kemenkeu, tim pemulihan dapat memahami peran dan tanggung jawabnya untuk menjamin keamanan dan kelangsungan Aplikasi SIMPONI yang berjalan di DC dan di DRC. Abstract

Pemilihan Caleg tahun 2018 di Dapil V Kota Tangerang, telah terlaksana. Dalam penulisan ini dibuat suatu perhitungan yang bisa digunakan sebagai bahan perbandingan dengan hasil yang sesungguhnya, dengan menggunakan metode AHP, yang menggunakan 8 kriteria dan 9 alternatif yang dinilai. Penyelesaian masalah berdasarkan AHP mengandalkan intuisi sebagai pengambilan keputusan yang cukup informatif dalam memahami masalah keputusan yang dihadapi. Kriteria yang diambil dari UU Nomor 10 Tahun 2008 tentang Pemilu Anggota DPR, DPD, dan DPRD, dan kemudian dikembangkan dari situasi yang biasa dihadapi pada saat kampanye terjadi.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology, today the phenomenon of the industrial revolution 4.0 is born which collaborates with cyber technology and automation technology. With the revolution, the property industry is one of the industries that implemented this revolution, especially in housing in big cities. Discussing the application of 4.0 in the property industry which is still limited to big cities, it is known that houses in rural areas are still not experiencing the 4.0 industrial revolution. Research and application of 4.0 in rural houses is carried out by developing and implementing applications aimed at monitoring homes, Android-based applications and named Singkil, with the React Native programming language that implements IoT technology, which is one form of application of technology 4.0 . This research and application concludes that, the application of the Singkil application to homes can help homeowners in monitoring and controlling the situation of the house.

Abstract

The Information Systems Study Program at Unsurya is a new department and only a few graduate students. Based on data obtained from graduates of the 2018/2019 academic year, 41 students graduated, including 26 students who experienced delays in taking their studies. A system that can predict student graduation is needed so that the Information Systems department can produce more student graduations than before. By optimizing the parameters of the Naïve Bayes algorithm, it can be applied in predicting graduation by utilizing previous student graduation data, the attributes used are gender, age, sks, gpa, and student status. The results of research testing using Rapid Miner 9.8 with 41 training data and 25 testing data, yielding 96% accuracy, 90.91% recall, and 100% precision.

Abstract

Internet Dedicated bill payment process is determined by the operational achievement of its internet connection. If the internet service provided by the ISP (Internet Service Provider) is not in accordance with the SLA (Service Level Agreement), it means that there is a disturbance in the internet connection and the payment will automatically have an impact on the imposition of restitution. To support the decision-making process whether the claim is subject to restitution or not, it is necessary to make decisions that are fast, targeted and accountable to be the main focus. This research was conducted to change the determination of restitution on Internet Dedicated bills conventionally with Ms. Excel became a computerized database. With the development of the system analyzed using the waterfall method. The result of this research is a web-based application for determining the value of restitution.

Abstract

Transaction report monitoring is monitoring activities on transaction reports submitted by Goods and/or Other Services Providers to the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center. However, the transaction report monitoring process is still being carried out using Microsoft Excel so that the monitoring process does not run effectively and efficiently. From these problems an idea emerged to create a web-based transaction report monitoring application that can process transaction report data so that the monitoring process is easy for Reporting Analysts to carry out. The methodology used in making this application is the Waterfall method. The programming language used is PHP using the CodeIgniter framework. To display the application using Bootstrap. The database uses MySQL, the standalone server used is XAMPP and the text editor used is Visual Studio Code. If this application is implemented directly in the organization, it can be a solution in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process of monitoring transaction reports.
